<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying iron plate-washing device for safely and economically removing a stain to prepare for reuse of a laying iron plate for a temporary passage frequently used at a work site.SOLUTION: A laying iron plate stained with mud is carried to a standby station 10 from a material placing place to prepare for reuse. For example, about ten sheets of the laying iron plates 2 of a large weight are stacked flat in the standby station 10, and is moved up to a carrying start position of a roller conveyor 11 by sucking the laying iron plate one by one from the flat-stacked laying iron plates 2 with an iron surface of a suction pad 33 (holding means) of first moving means 30 to be positioned. A laying iron plate-washing device 20 simultaneously washes both obverse-reverse surfaces of the laying iron plate 2 from above and below. The washed laying iron plate 2 is carried up to a finish position of the roller conveyor 11, and is moved to a receiving station 12 by a suction pad 43 (holding means) of second moving means 40. This work procedure is repeated for each approximately ten sheets, and washing work is safely and efficiently performed.</p> |
