The present invention relates to a method for preparing seasoned laver using mud. The present invention enables a consumer′s health to benefit from various minerals, organic substances, hormone-like substances, and vitamin contained in the mud by coating cooking oil on roasted laver and dispersing salt mixed with mud power including the various minerals and vitamin on the surface of the roasted laver coated with the cooking oil. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the seasoned laver preparation method includes: a first step of preparing dried laver; a second step of heating the dried laver from the first step to roast the dried laver; a third step of coating the cooking oil on one surface of the laver roasted in the second step; and a fourth step of dispersing the salt mixed with the mud powder on the surface of the laver coated with the cooking oil in the third step. |
