FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: machine contains a casing with installed hollow drive shaft on roll bearings. Along axis in the casing the cylindrical cavities are made, in them two coaxial pistons are installed. On the external pistons surface the longitudinal slots and closed longitudinal screw grooves are made. In the screw grooves draw-bars projecting from them are located. The projecting parts of the draw-bars are secured in the driven shaft with possibility of rotation in it. Side surfaces of the draw-bars are free and rest against roll bearings. On the internal cylindrical surface of the casing the longitudinal slots are made, they correspond to slots in the pistons. Balls are located in slots, they create spline joint movable in axial direction and excluding pistons rotation. On one piston end surface an open cylindrical cavity is made, in it the cylindrical shoulder corresponding to this cavity is installed, the shoulder is made at end of the second piston. The cylindrical cavity acts as intermediate cylinder, and shoulder acts as piston. In the casing channels are made, in them suction and discharge valves are installed, and pistons have channels and valves ensuring work body transfer and discharge.EFFECT: machine is compact, with low materials content, simple design, workable, has high efficiency, low pulsation of work body, and is dynamically balanced.2 dwg |
