<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an insulative sheet by which an insulative sheet superior in thermal conductivity and insulating property can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an insulative sheet including an insulator layer having a laminate structure comprises the steps of: putting together at least two resin sheets including boron nitride-containing aggregates and an epoxy resin on each other; and heat-pressing the at least two resin sheets thus laminated to form the insulator layer. In the method, the at least two resin sheets exhibit a viscosity of 1.0×10Pa s or less when heated at 175°C, and have cavities therein; and the heat-pressing step is performed with the resin sheets set to be next to each other. After the heat-pressing step, the total thickness of the resin sheets next to each other is made 40-80% that of before the heat-pressing step.</p> |
