<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device capable of cooking by using a common nozzle applicable to all of a plurality of types of gases.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device 1 includes a common nozzle 71 that is commonly applied to all of ejection of a plurality of types of gases; a gas burner 72 having a flame port 79 from which a gas ejected from a common nozzle is mixed with primary air and ejected; and a secondary air introduction plate 82 that is opposite to the gas burner 72 with a clearance on the lateral position of the flame port 79, that protrudes in the ejection direction of the gas from the flame port 79, and that has an approach part 82a approaching to the flame port 79 side. Preferably, the gas burner 72 has a plurality of the flame ports 79 that are arranged in a row, and a pair of the secondary air introduction plates 82 are provided with the flame port 79 interposed therebetween.</p> |
