<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material sealant excellent in an anti-adhesiveness of a content and its persistence, and a method for manufacturing the sealant.SOLUTION: A packaging material sealant 10 comprises: a substrate 1; and a water repellent layer 2 mounted on at least the single side of the substrate 1. The water repellent layer 2 is formed by burying water-repellent fine particles 3 in the substrate 1. The water-repellent fine particles 3 are partially exposed from the surface of the substrate 1. The water repellent layer 2 is buried by a hot press in the substrate 1 after a coat liquid having the water-repellent fine particles 3 in a resin dissolved in a solvent is applied to the substrate 1. After this, the resin of the coat liquid is dissolved and removed by using a solvent, so that the water-repellent fine particles 3 are partially buried in the substrate 1, and the water repellent layer 2 exposed to the surface of the substrate 1 is obtained.</p> |
