<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-cutting device and a press-cutting method of a resin plate, with which a PMMA resin plate that is fragile and is hard to cut by a press can be efficiently cut and blanked, and a cut surface becomes a mirror-like flat surface.SOLUTION: The outside blade surface 46 of a cutting blade 14 is formed so as to extend from a cutting edge 42 toward an outside oblique upper part and comes in contact with a side surface to be cut which is a side to be cut and removed of a resin plate. The inside blade surface 47 of the cutting blade 14 includes an inside blade surface lower part 52 which extends from the cutting edge 42 toward the inside oblique upper part and an inside blade surface upper part 53 which extends vertically from the upper end of the inside blade surface lower part 52 toward an upper part, and comes in contact with a side surface to be cut which is a side to be a product of the resin plate 13 to be cut, in press cutting. A cutting edge angle which is formed by crossing of the outside blade surface 46 and the inside blade surface lower part 52 at the cutting edge 42 is 25° to 30°, and a horizontal distance from the cutting edge 42 to the upper end of the inside blade surface lower part 52 is 0.02 mm.</p> |
