<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product washer which can suppress a drainage volume from a washing water tank while preventing pollution of washing water, and can effectively wash a food product to be washed while suppressing damage of the food product to be washed.SOLUTION: It is possible to prevent pollution of washing water, and reduce a running cost compared to the case of always washing a food product by clean water, by generating water flow from a carrying-in side toward a carrying-out side of a washing water tank 1 by a circulation pump 25, and mixing the washing water in the washing water tank with clean water and ejecting the mixed water from an ejector 10 toward a food product to be washed, flowing with the water flow. Furthermore, it is possible to suppress damage of the food product to be washed, and effectively perform washing by fine bubbles, by sucking outside air from an outside air taking-in opening and ejecting the mixed water as bubble-containing low pressure aeration jet water when ejecting the mixed water from the ejector 10.</p> |
