<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and coating material that have a low relative dielectric constant and excellent tensile elongation (tenacity), and prevent the occurrence of surface peeling.SOLUTION: A mixture comprising, based on 100 pts.mass of polyarylene sulfide resin, 35-85 pts.mass of polytetrafluoroethylene with a melt viscosity of 100-1000 Pa s, is melted and kneaded to obtain a resin composition.</p> |
