<p>The present invention relates to an anti-loosening U-bolt. The present invention is formed by a U-shaped shaft (2), which is formed by combining two or more round rods (1) to be twisted and bent in a spiral shape, and has a screw (3). Moreover, the anti-loosening U-bolt is formed in each of the round rods and realizes negligible shrinkage and expansion. Flank units of the screw (3) formed in a fastening nut and the U-shaped shaft (2) generates friction therebetween to derive an anti-loosening effect. Moreover, transmitted vibrations collide to each other to reduce the vibration when an external force is applied to the U-shaped shaft (2) of the bolt, and a wedge action of the anti-loosening is derived. Moreover, vibration is reduced by the vibrations transmitted when an external force is applied to the U-shaped shaft (2) of the bolt colliding with each other, and a wedge action of anti-loosening is derived.
