Disclosed is a user breathing assisting device. By an embodiment of the present invention, the device includes: a sensing unit which senses a movement of the device by a vertical movement of the front part of a truncus; and a processor which generates movement information of the device based on the sensed movement and determines whether a user breathes in a predetermined way or not based on the generated movement information.
