PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which facilitates appropriate staff assignment by presenting information about responsible areas and clients by using map information.SOLUTION: An information processing device is configured to: receive setting of map scale from a user; determine whether to display the map in a housing map mode or display the map in a wide area map mode, by comparing the received map scale with a predetermined value; and display the map in the determined mode. The map displayed in the housing map mode identifiably displays buildings in which client households dwell, and also displays each client household in an identifiable manner for the user to grasp with which branch each client household has transactions. The map displayed in the wide area map mode identifiably displays areas managed by respective branches.
