PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable hierarchical menu setting having a high level of freedom to be done in an easily understandable operation by utilizing light emitting functions of keys without providing a dedicated operational element for setting use.SOLUTION: At a first level, a plurality of setting menus that become available for choice at a second level are determined according to the switch turned on out of first level switches (menu switches 21, 22 and 23), and a second level switch (assign black key BK) to which these setting menus are allocated are caused to emit light to make them distinguishable from other performance operational elements. At the second level, according to the turned-on assign black key BK, setting menus that become available for choice at a third level are determined, and a third level switch (assign white key WK) to which these setting menus are allocated are caused to emit light to make them distinguishable from other performance operational elements. Then at the lowest third level, according to the turned-on assign white key WK, the final learning menu is determined. |
