<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of charging with a preferable condition according to an amount of charge and a charge time.SOLUTION: Based on a command from a control device, a charging circuit makes a charge current flow having a magnitude directed from the control device to a power storage device. The control device directs the magnitude of the charge current to the charging circuit on the basis of a target amount of charge, which is the quantity of electricity to be charged to the power storage device and a target charging time to make the power storage device a fully charged state.</p> |
