PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a battery assembly and a terminal with a conducting path capable of simplifying and standardizing the structure while suppressing increase in cost.SOLUTION: When a plurality of voltage detection terminals 17 with an electric wire are assembled onto the body part 21 of a case 16, a terminal body 38 is fixed onto a part corresponding to a storing and fixing part 23. Specifically, since the shape of an electric contact part 39 is a recessed shape when the terminal body 38 is viewed totally, the electric contact part 39 is fixed with a condition being more protruded to a battery 3 side relative to a bottom face 25 after being assembled. In the terminal body 38, a wire connection part 40 is mounted on a mounting part 27, and an electric wire 37 drawn out of the wire connection part 40 is accommodated and wired in a wire housing part 24.
