<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house that is spacious.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 includes: an intermediate floor MF which is formed in an area R where a south-side second floor SF is not provided and arranged at a height position between a first floor FF and the second floor SF; a stairwell part 25 which is provided in a north-side space where the intermediate floor MF is not arranged in the area R; a lower staircase 27 which connects the first floor FF and the intermediate floor MF to each other; an upper staircase 29 which connects the intermediate floor MF and the second floor SF to each other; a dining kitchen 30 which is formed in a north-side space on the second floor SF to face the stairwell part 25; and a living room 20 which is formed in a space on the intermediate floor MF. A ceiling surface 25a of the staircase part 25, a ceiling surface 30a of the dining kitchen 30, and a ceiling surface 20a of the living room 20 are substantially in level with one another, and handrails 20b and 30q are provided at an edge part of the second floor SF and an edge part of the intermediate floor MF which face the stairwell part 25.</p> |
