PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liposome particles which can stably hold amphiphatic dye in large quantities.SOLUTION: Amphiphatic cyanine dye that changes in hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity according to pH forms a complex with a phospholipid component, preferably phosphocholine, and it is contained in liposome by a pH gradient method.
