PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling facility for a laser beam machine capable of reducing running costs and saving energy by significantly reducing power consumption at a refrigeration machine side.SOLUTION: A cooling facility for a laser beam machine includes a first refrigeration machine 2 provided with a heat exchanger 24 on the way of a cooling liquid pipe 32 for cooling a laser beam machine 9, and a cooling liquid device 3 provided with the pipe 32 so that cooling liquid 39 in a tank 30 is supplied to the heat exchanger 24 to be cooled, and is returned to the tank 30 after passed through a heat exchange region 91 of the laser beam machine 9, and further provided with a pump 35 for pressure-feeding the cooling liquid 39 to the way of the pipe. The cooling facility further includes a second refrigeration machine 4 provided with a second heat exchanger 44 on the way of a second pipe 52 guided from the tank 30 and having a refrigeration capacity smaller than that of the first refrigeration machine 2, a cooling liquid auxiliary apparatus 5 provided with the second pipe 52 for supplying the cooling liquid 39 to the second heat exchanger 44 to be cooled and then returning the same to the tank 30 and further provided with a second pump 55 for pressure-feeding the cooling liquid 39 to the way of the second pipe 52, and a switch 7 for switching the second refrigeration machine 4 and the first refrigeration machine 2.
