<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet roll paper holder by which roll paper can be easily cut and set by using one hand.SOLUTION: A holder 1 is provided with a movable plate 3 arranged nearly horizontally and having a rotation shaft 3B on the upper part thereof, a paper pressing part 3C at the tip end thereof further backward than the rotation shaft 3B and a cutting blade 3A at the tip end thereof further forward than the rotation shaft 3B. When cutting roll paper 5 by using one hand, the roll paper 5 on the movable plate 3 is pulled out forward and then downward by using the hand, causing the paper pressing part 3C of the movable plate 3 to press the roll paper 5 toward an upper lid lower face 1A of the holder 1 to stop the roll paper 5 from sliding, thereby the roll paper 5 is cut by the cutting blade 3A of the movable plate 3 by moving the hand further downward. Further, the rotation shaft 3B is provided with a rotation arm 4, so that when setting (putting around) the roll paper 5 in the holder 1, the rotation arm 4 is rotated forward to allow the movable plate 3 to be pulled out close to the hand, making the setting work easy.</p> |
