The present invention relates to a method for preparing a terminal functional conjugated diene-based polymer including the steps of: (a) polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer or a conjugated diene-based monomer and a vinyl aromatic monomer in the presence of a solvent by using an organic metal compound and forming an active polymer having a metal terminal; and (b) end-capping the active polymer having an alkali metal terminal to one compound of 4,4′-vinylidene bis(n,n-dimethylaniline), 3-(2-Pyrrolidino Ethyl)styrene, and 4-(2-Pyrrolidino Ethyl)styrene, and to the terminal functional conjugated diene-based polymer manufactured by the same. |
