<p>The present invention relates to a method used to support the transmission of multimedia broadcast and multicast service (MBMS) service packets in a wireless communication system. The method is executed through a cooperative entity which receives the MBMS service packets from a core network and transmits the MBMS service packets to one or more base stations in a single frequency network. The method includes: a step in which the cooperative entity is synchronized with the base stations; a step in which the cooperative entity calculates a reference system frame number (SFN) to point out the time when the base stations begins to transmit the service packets to the terminal; and a step in which the cooperative entity transmits the scheduling information including the calculated reference SFN to the base stations.</p> |
