The present invention relates to a shear reinforcing system of a flat slab by an unevenness type reinforcing member, comprising: an upper reinforcing bar (3) comprising a first main bar (11) and a first distributing bar (12) intersected in a lattice image; a lower reinforcing bar (5) comprising a second main bar (13) and a second distributing bar (14) intersected in a lattice image; and a plurality of shear reinforcing bars (7) surrounding a column (C) supported by a slab (10). The shear reinforcing bars (7) comprises a plurality of shear reinforcing materials (15) repetitively assembled at least two times and extended in the same direction between the upper reinforcing bar (3) and the lower reinforcing bar (5). The shear reinforcing materials (15) comprises: a plurality of shear reinforcing sides (17) disposed adjacently at regular distances in the longitudinal direction of the slab (10); an upper or lower connecting side (19, 21) for connecting an upper end or a lower end of the shear reinforcing sides (17); and a combining means (20) combined with another adjacent shear reinforcing material (15) and integrally connected to the shear reinforcing material (15). Therefore, since the shear reinforcing bars reinforced to a part adjacent to a column of the flat slab are formed by the assembling of the shear reinforcing materials, a construct ability of the whole slab can be improved, and the strength of the slab can be more stably retained.
