The plate (1) has reactive face which is provided with relief and hollow forming flow channel (2) for reagent. An inlet manifold (3) opening is longitudinally extended in plane of plate in first longitudinal direction between first lower end (21) and second upper end (20). A dispenser orifice (12) is extended longitudinally in plane of plate in second longitudinal direction between first end lower and second upper end. The first and second longitudinal directions are provided parallel to each other and vertical when plate is in use vertical position.
