The present invention relates to a method for preparing a brain function enhancing substance using a ginger (Zingiber mioga R.) extract and a dietary supplement thereof. According to the present invention, the enhancing substance using the ginger extract includes: 20 to 40 parts by weight of ginger concentrate; 4 to 40 parts by weight of red ginseng extract; 20 to 40 parts by weight of Omija (Maximowiczia chinensis) powder; 20 to 60 parts by weight of Baeksuo (Cynanchum wilfordii) powder; 6 to 40 parts by weight of mulberry leaf powder; and 20 to 40 parts by weight of broadleaf liriope powder. |
