<p>The present invention relates to a method and device for connecting a gravel ballast fence using a pre-stress concrete sleeper. On the railway, track ballast are overlaid with the specified thickness (approximately thirty centimeters) and the shoulder width (approximately thirty-five centimeters) to the gravel ballast, which used as track component, widely disperse a train load which has delivered through a rail and a railroad tie and transfers it to the roadbed, and to secure a railroad in the specified position. Dynamic load such as vibration and shock due to the running of a train occurs and, therefore, the shoulder width track ballast slips down to formation level (a maintenance passage). Preferably, the present invention is intended to install massively created pre-stress concrete sleeper from maintenance of the railway, with multiple-stacked and parallel on both sides of the railway, and use a dedicated connecting metal material to connect structurally and reliable to form the gravel ballast fence, to prevent the flow of shoulder-width ballast on the gravel ballast by vibration and shock during train operation.</p> |
