<p>A method for testing performance of cell is provided to accurately measure the cycle life of cell, for instance, the cycle life of cell such as a hybrid capacitor, with a normal charging/discharging sub-cycle that charges and discharges at a normal condition and an accelerating charging/discharging sub-cycle that charges and discharges at an acceleration condition as one main-cycle, by comprising: a first process that repeats the main-cycle; and a second process that evaluates the cycle life of the cell on which the first process is implemented.</p> |
