<p>The device has a transparent support (2) fixed on a metal frame (1) to allow light to pass through, and a fluorescent contour (3) provided on the support. A photoluminiscent panel (4) is fixed at center of the contour. A solar sensor (5) is fixed on one of lateral sides of the metal frame, where the sensor charges and recharges batteries (7). A movement detector (6) triggers light (8) to recharge the panel and illuminate fluorescence of the contour. The detector and the batteries are fixed on top of the metal frame.</p> |
