<p>The present invention relates to a large-area organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the light emitting diode display device includes: a substrate which has multiple first electrodes arranged in the form of a matrix; a first pixel area having a first light emitting area laminated on the first electrodes; a second pixel area which has a second light emitting layer and a third light emitting layer laminated on the first electrodes; a third pixel area which has a third light emitting layer laminated on the first electrode; and second electrodes which are coated on the first and third light emitting layers in the first and third pixel areas.</p> |
