The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing and managing a fuel injected diesel vehicle, and, in particular, to a method for distinguishing and managing a fuel injected diesel vehicle, for permitting or prohibiting starting an engine by determining whether proper fuel is injected to a fuel tank of a vehicle. The method for distinguishing and managing a fuel injected diesel vehicle comprises: a first determining step of determining whether fuel injected into the fuel tank of a vehicle is gasoline; a second determining step of determining whether the fuel is diesel, kerosene or a blending oil, if it is determined that the fuel is not gasoline in the first determining step; and a third determining step of determining whether a blending rate of diesel in the blending oil meets a predetermined standard rate, if it is determined that the fuel is not the blended oil in the second determining step. If it is determined that the fuel is diesel in the second determining step, or it is determined that the blending rate of diesel in the blended oil meets the predetermined standard rate in the third determining step, the starting of the vehicle is permitted. If it is determined that the fuel is gasoline in the first determining step, the fuel is diesel in the second determining step, or the blending rate of diesel in the blended oil does meet the predetermined standard rate, the vehicle is prohibited from starting. |
