<p>Disclosed is the use of a complex for the preparation of a medicament for treating cancer, wherein (A) the complex comprises: (i) IL-15, (ii) a soluble form of IL-15 receptor alpha (“IL-15Ra”), and (iii) an antibody that specifically binds to a cancer antigen; (B) the complex comprises: (i) IL-15, (ii) a fusion protein comprising soluble form of IL-15Ra and the Fc domain of an immunoglobulin or a fragment thereof, and (iii) an antibody that specifically binds to a cancer antigen; or (C) the complex comprises: (i) a fusion protein comprising a soluble form of IL-15 receptor alpha and IL-15; and (ii) an antibody that specifically binds to a cancer antigen. Also disclosed is the use of a complex for the preparation of a medicament for treating a viral infection, wherein (A) the complex comprises: (i) IL-15, (ii) a soluble form of IL-15Ra, and (iii) an antibody that specifically binds to a viral antigen; (B) the complex comprises: (i) IL-15, (ii) a fusion protein comprising soluble form of IL-15Ra and the Fc domain of an immunoglobulin or a fragment thereof, and (iii) an antibody that specifically binds to a viral antigen; or (C) the complex comprises: (i) a fusion protein comprising a soluble form of IL-15 receptor alpha and IL-15; and (ii) an antibody that specifically binds to a viral antigen.</p> |
