The present invention relates to a resource management method and device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a resource request method used in a terminal includes the steps of: receiving an image quality target reference from a server; determining whether the ratio of the image satisfying the target reference quality-wise is less than a ratio threshold value based on the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) or frame rate in a predetermined period of time; and requesting the server to allocate additional resources when the ratio of the image satisfying the target reference quality-wise is less than the ratio threshold value. Embodiments of the present invention enable efficient management and allocation of resources. |
