The present invention relates to a mackerel fish cake, a fermented croquette containing a mackerel fish cake, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the mackerel fish cake is manufactured by using mackerel fish containing polyunsaturated fatty acids in a large amount; the fermented croquette, which is highly nutritious, has enhanced flavor, and satisfies taste of consumers, is manufactured by using the mackerel fish cake. More specifically, flesh of mackerel fish is ground to be manufactured into the fish cake with excellent elasticity and flavor; the fish cake is fermented after applying flour batter on the fish cake; and then the fish cake is fried. As a result, the croquette, which is delicious and can be conveniently eaten by people, is manufactured. |
