<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method used to drive a light emitting device includes the steps of: (a) supplying a constant voltage to a first light emitting device module and a second light emitting device module which has a driving voltage lower than that of the first light emitting device module (wherein each of the light emitting device modules includes a light emitting device array and a driver IC); (b) detecting the level of the power applied to the respective driver ICs of the first and second light emitting device modules; and (c) controlling the power applied to the second light emitting device module to allow a current to flow only to the light emitting device array in the second light emitting device module.</p> |
