This invention is equipped with: a vehicle shaft (11) provided to an underframe (3) of a body (2) of a vehicle (1) travelling on a travel road surface (100a) of tracks (100); king pins (20) provided as a pair to end sections of the vehicle shaft (11) at both sides in the width direction; tire mounting shafts (9) swingably provided to the vehicle shaft (11) via the king pins (20); tires (10) mounted plurally to each of the tire mounting shafts (9); guide wheels (39), which roll over guide rails (101) provided to the tracks (100) in the direction of extension of the tracks (100), and which are guided from the width direction of the tracks (100); a guide part (19) for supporting the guide wheels (39) and the vehicle shaft (11); and a steering mechanism (23) for causing the tire mounting shafts (9) to turn about the king pins (20) in accordance with the displacement of the guide part (19).
