The present invention relates to a steering apparatus of a car. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steering apparatus of a car comprises: a gear box housing having an opening on one side thereof, and having a concave groove circumferentially formed on the inner circumferential surface of the opening; and a cover coupled to the opening, and having a coupling part protruding from the upper side of the outer circumferential surface thereof and coupled to the groove. In contrast with an existing steering apparatus having a housing and a cover coupled to each other by bolts or the like, the steering apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is capable of securing the coupling and the decoupling force of the cover against the gear box housing properly, and is capable of remarkably reducing time and the number of components required to assemble the steering apparatus. |
