The present invention relates to a cooling and heating chiller for a cooler or a heater. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain the appropriate temperature by cooling or heating source and food with a single cooling device and more increase cooling performance of the cooling device. The cooling and heating chiller for a cooler or a heater comprises: a housing which is a hollow container and includes a water inlet formed on an outer circumferential surface of one end part and a water outlet formed in the center of one end part; a partitioning wall which is formed in parallel to an inner circumferential surface of the partitioning wall to have a distance from the a cross-section part of the drainage of inner hollow of the housing to the other cross-section part and partitions the inner hollow into the first and second containing passages; a coolant circulation pipe which is surrounded to be fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the partitioning wall and has both end parts discharged to the outside of the housing; a heater assembling hole which passes through the center of the cross-section part of the housing opposite to the drainage; and a heater assembled to the heat assembling hole to be attached and detached. The both ends of the coolant circulation pipe are connected with coolant circulation capillary tube of respective coolant circulation devices. The water inlet and the water drainage of the housing are connected with water circulation passages of a cooling device (heating device), respectively. |
