GREEN SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green sheet containing powder of polyvinyl butylate and ceramics used for preparation of a multi layer wiring board, high in mechanical strength and having excellent workability.SOLUTION: There is provided a green sheet manufactured by applying an inorganic powder and a paste containing a polyvinyl butyral resin having polymerization degree of 300 to 500 (A) and a polyvinyl butyral resin having polymerization degree of 100 to 300 (B). There is also provided a green sheet with (polyvinyl butyral resin (A):polyvinyl butyral resin (B)) in a range of 3:7 to 7:3 by mass ratio further containing a plasticizer of 10 mass% or less.
