PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of efficiently removing blood &bgr;-amyloid.SOLUTION: A blood &bgr;-amyloid removing system comprises: a housing that comprises a blood inlet and a blood outlet; a hollow fiber membrane that is stored in the housing so that blood from the inlet flows in an inner cavity of a hollow fiber; a blood circuit that discharges the blood to the outside of the body and is connected to the inlet; a blood circuit that mixes blood filtered while being passed from the inner cavity of the hollow fiber to the outside of the hollow fiber after the inflow with blood passing through the inner cavity of the hollow fiber after the inflow; and a blood circuit that returns the mixed blood. The system uses the hollow fiber to remove &bgr;-amyloid by filtering part of the blood while passing it from the inner cavity of the hollow fiber to the outside of the hollow fiber.
