PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for a round billet which eliminates faults in conveyance and reduces noises.SOLUTION: A storage device includes: a kicker which kicks out a round steel billet 1 moving on a conveyance roller in the lateral direction; a housing means 5 which sequentially stocks the round steel billet 1 that is kicked out; and a cylinder drive arm 4 where the round steel billet 1 that is kicked out to an upper end on a kicker side of the housing means 5 is placed and which has one end engaged to oscillate and the other end that lifts and lowers. The preceding round billet 1 is sequentially stacked on the subsequent round billet 1 as the arm 4 lowers by making a receiving surface of the housing means 5 which is an abutment surface of the round steel billet 1 that is kicked out in the form of tiers.
