PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust cleaning filter capable of suppressing pressure loss despite the high coverage of a catalyst on a DPF (diesel particulate filter) surface and capable of obtaining high PM cleaning performance.SOLUTION: There is provided an exhaust cleaning filter which is provided in the exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine and captures the particulate matters in the exhaust of the engine to clean. The filter comprises a porous filter substrate and a catalyst which is supported on the filter substrate and oxidizes and cleans the particulate matters. The catalyst includes a Ce-containing oxide and Ag supported by the Ce-containing oxide, and the supporting amount of the catalyst is 50 g/L or less. A coverage which is the percentage of the portion covered by the catalyst in the surface of the filter substrate excluding a pore portion is 37% or more. |
