PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a phonetic change reflecting tendency of actual pronunciation while suppressing loads of a user.SOLUTION: A storage device 12 stores synthetic information S which specifies a voice code of a synthetic object voice for each sound producing period. An instruction reception part 22 receives an instruction from a user on an input device 16. When an interval of each sound producing period in tandem among a plurality of sound producing periods specified by synthetic information S is less than a threshold value, an information management part 26 sets generation of a phonetic change in the synthetic information S about a phoneme corresponding to the voice code of each sound producing period. When the interval exceeds the threshold value, the information management part 26 dose not set generation of the phonetic change. A voice synthesis part 28 generates a voice signal V with voice synthesis applied with the synthetic information S having been processed by the information management part 26. |
