PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundness evaluation method of a substructure work and a soundness evaluation device of a substructure work, capable of precisely evaluating soundness of a bridge pier with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: Firstly, by using a temperature sensor 11 and a tilt sensor 9 installed on an upper surface of a bridge pier 3, temperature information and tilt information on the bridge pier 3 are obtained during a predetermined period at a predetermined interval (step 101). Here, the tilt sensor 9 detects bridge pier tilt information in a bridge axis direction and a direction perpendicular to the bridge axis. Then, a control part 21 takes correlation between the temperature information and the bridge pier tilt information within a predetermined period (step 102). Then, the control part 21 calls up a reference value of a bridge pier tilt change rate that is preset from a memory part 23. Further, the control part 21 compares the obtained bridge pier tilt change rate with the reference value (step 103). |
