PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which has high reliability and high color reproducibility.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises pixel structure in which a switching FET 201 and a current control FET 202 are formed on a single crystal semiconductor substrate 11 and an EL element 203 is electrically connected to the current control FET 202. Since characteristic variance among pixels of the current control FET 202 is extremely small, an image having high color reproducibility can be obtained in the current control FET 202. Moreover, the electronic device which has high reliability is obtained by applying a hot carrier measure to the current control FET 202.
