<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning between a piezoelectric substrate and an opaque substrate.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head 1 includes a first piezoelectric substrate 2a and an opaque substrate. The first piezoelectric substrate 2a has n (n is an integer equal to or greater than one) of discharge grooves 3 arranged in a reference direction K of the surface at the same pitch P and (n+1) of non-discharge grooves 4 alternately arranged and shifted by a half pitch (P/2) with respect to the discharge grooves 3. The opaque substrate is bonded with a surface of the first piezoelectric substrate 2a and has (j+n+k) (each of j, k is an integer equal to or greater than one) of penetration holes 8 penetrated in a plate thickness direction and arranged in the reference direction K. Here, n of penetration holes 8 communicate with n of discharge grooves 3 respectively, and j of penetration holes 8a positioned at one end side of a hole row R composed of n of penetration holes 8 and k of penetration holes 8b positioned at the other end side do not communicate with the discharge grooves 3.</p> |
