<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping cart excellent in strength and durability, and capable of placing a lot of articles in it, of easily and safely loading a heavy article, and of carrying a child including an infant with him/her standing on it.SOLUTION: A shopping cart includes: a chassis provided with a plurality of wheels at front and rear ends thereof; a strut 20 erected on the rear part of the chassis; and an operation handle provided on an upper part of the strut 20. A floor surface that a child can stand on is provided on the rear part of the chassis, and the strut 20 comprises: a pair of right and left vertical members 21 erected at both right and left sides of the rear part of the chassis; and supporting members 25 which support the vertical members 21. A pair of the right and left vertical members 21 are bent inside in a lateral direction after the upper end sides thereof are bent forward, and connected to each other, and the strut 20 is formed as a frame surrounding the floor surface, except for the rear side of the shopping cart.</p> |
