<p>In order to improve combustion efficiency, and enhance the deodorization effect and anti-rust properties of an internal combustion engine, by using a negative ion effect and far infrared ray effect of a functional coating composition, the present invention uses a mat coated with a coating composition that is obtained by kneading a mixture of the following into a synthetic resin compound: schorl, mica, quartz diorite porphyrite, and titanium dioxide, as natural silicate minerals; and a mineral combustion oxide including a minute amount of a radioactive element and comprising lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, yttrium, zirconium, titanium, calcium, and silicon.</p> |
