PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify reference signals (RS) for channel state information (CSI) feedback among cells belonging to a coordinated multipoint cluster.SOLUTION: A method comprises: determining common time-frequency resources in order for a plurality of cells in a coordinated multipoint (CoMP) cluster to transmit a reference signal (RS) 602; and transmitting from each cell the reference signal (RS) by using the common time-frequency resources to user equipment (UE) 604. By this configuration, data is precluded from interfering with the CSI feedback scheme, and thus data need not be determined to reliably estimate channels.
