PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module using an organic EL element as a light source in which thermal denaturation of the organic EL element can be suppressed, and the organic EL element and a wiring board can be electrically connected regardless of whether an electrode extraction part of the organic EL element is made of metallic or non-metallic material.SOLUTION: In a light emitting module, auxiliary wiring boards 5a, 5b include electrode pads 51a, 51b electrically connected to electrode extraction parts 26a, 26b of an organic EL element 21, and metal pads 52a, 52b electrically connected to the electrode pads 51a, 51b. The metal pads 52a, 52b are wire-bonded to metal land parts 31a, 31b of the wiring board 3 with an ultrasonic wave at a low connecting temperature. Thereby, thermal denaturation of the organic EL element 21 can be suppressed, and the organic EL element 21 and the wiring board 3 can be electrically connected regardless of whether the electrode extraction parts 26a, 26b are made of metallic or non-metallic material. |
