PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator capable of holding accuracy of an output voltage even at a high temperature.SOLUTION: A voltage regulator is configured to include: an error amplification circuit 104 that amplifies to output a difference between a reference voltage output by a reference voltage circuit 103 and a divided voltage output by a voltage division circuit 112 for dividing an output voltage output by an output transistor, and controls a gate of the output transistor; a switching circuit for switching the divided voltages of the voltage division circuit; and a temperature detection circuit 111 for outputting a signal depending on temperature to control the switching circuit. |
