PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the number of components.SOLUTION: A pipe side connection part 2B of a grommet 2 is inserted into an outer peripheral side of an end portion of a shield pipe 1, and a wire harness W is inserted into the shield pipe. A clamp member 6 is attached to a connection portion between the shield pipe 1 and the grommet 2. The clamp member 6 has first and second divided bodies 6A,6B connected by a hinge edge 7 in an openable/closable manner, a fastening part 10 is constituted by closing both divided bodies 6A,6B, and the connection portion between the shield pipe 1 and the grommet 2 is fastened. An attaching part 12 is formed integrally to the clamp member 6, and the clamp member can be fixed to a body side. |
